PREDATORS IMPRESSIVE IN EARLY SEPTEMBER OPENERS

     Three of our teams opened their FAHL league schedules this weekend. This, following a nice Labor Day weekend at Ellenton Ice. In Ellenton, the PeeWees opened their season in fine fashion with a 2-1-1 record. The Bantam Black were finalists in the Bantam A division, while the Bantam AA lost a tough one to a very good Gulf Coast Flames team in the AA Championship.
     This weekend, we opened the FAHL Season going a combined 4-2! The Bantam Black continued their winning ways with two victories. The PeeWees and Bantam Gray split their games with each team picking up solid wins!
     Next weekend the Bantam AA and Midget U16 AA will get their SFHL seasons under way. Our Squirt 98 and 99 teams will also be in action with their first FAHL games. Check our Master Schedule and Pointstreak to see where and when your Predator teams are playing and come on out to the rink and support them. GO PREDS!!

Bantam A Black CHAMPS!

Way to go Bantam A Black!!  They had to fight off our own Bantam A Gray in the semi-finals before taking on the Miami Toros in the championship game. After losing a preliminary game to the Toros 6-5, they were determined to have a different outcome. Battling to a 2-2 tie in regulation, the game went into a second overtime with "The Black" scoring for a 3-2 victory!
All seven Predator teams had a fine showing for the Panther Early Bird Tournament, with three teams going to a division championship game. Congratulations to all the players and coaches for a great start to our season. Good luck to everyone playing in Labor Day Tournaments this coming weekend and have a happy and safe holiday!!

****COLLEGE HOCKEY AT ICE ZONE****

The FAU Ice Hockey Owls will be practicing and playing their
HOME schedule this season at ICE Zone.  Our own Tim Frost
is the head coach at FAU and is excited about the upcoming
season. Please come out and support this South Florida 
hockey program and see some exciting, hard hitting action.
Visiting the Owls will be the Florida Gators, Seminoles and UCF 
Knights to name a few schools. Follow the link below to the
